Students will collaborate in creating new gadgets designed for Santa’s sleigh to be faster, diverse range of off-road, race against the clock and how many presents the sleigh can pull. This class will discuss drive and follower gears and the various ranges of gear ratios. Here is your chance for students to learn which gear ratios are associated with speed or torque.
